There are a number of sites offering a free download of premier elements 11. I can't install because I don't have a serial number. Anyone know a way to get one. Adobe say I have to buy.
The free download has always been available since it was first released, but you have always had to pay for a license in order to use it beyond a trial period. Yes, you have to buy a license but version 11 is no longer being sold unless you find some third party vendor
