Serial number in e-mail?

Hi, bought the student/teacher version of Lightroom 5. Today I got the e-mail (STE order fulfillment) from Krystyna A, and I understood the serial number is in the e-mail, but I did not found it. Krystyna said in the e-mail, that "we believe your issue is resolved and have therefore closed  your case". Is the serial number coming later?

    Hi Anne,

    I have sent you an email with the serial number to Lightroom 5 that I found in the case # under your account.

    Please check and confirm its receipt.
