Emould are you utilizing the installation files provided with your purchase?  If so then what other Adobe Creative software do you have installed on your computer?  What operating system are you using?

    Emould,

You got further than I did. I purchased PSE 13 at Costco three days ago.  It won't accept the serial # on the box. Adobe support has been no help.

I'm sitting here with a worthless piece of software.

The serial number is not found on the box. It is inside the box.

    Find your serial number quickly

Even without the serial number, the software will still install OK and can be used as a trial version for up to 30 days.

    I've got a MAC, OS X 10.9.5

I've got the serial number from the inside box, I've registered the product on my adobe login but it will not let me install it.

I tried the trail before purchasing the software. So I deleted the trail but I adobe flash player and adobe on my computer
