Hello there!

I have the same issue but then with CS5.5 adobe premium. I recently got a new macbook and am not able to get it reinstalled again. I have had contact with adobe support and they don't even know it. I have a macbook running on Sierra. My older laptop was working on Sierra as well.

It has been running on this computer briefly, because I reinstalled an old back-up on my new computer, because I got the message that my serial number isn't valid anymore. I can't even install it anymore on my old laptop. I have done the cleaner program. Nothing seems to work. Adobe has confirmed that my serial number is still valid.

The link I got from Adobe to do an instal won't install the software because I get an error which says You cannot instal because you need to remove the diskcopy.

I am in the dark now already for 2 weeks to get everything to work on my new laptop. Pleas is there anybody who can help me out.
