Serial number invalid since this morning

Since this morning my Adobe CS 6 Master Collection serial number is suddenly invalid. So all my Suite programs start up in a trial version...

In "My adobe"> "my products" it does display the serial# under "products in use" but when I enter this it says the # is invalid.

My guess is that the serial# is seen as in use but somehow the Master Suite I have been using for over a year now has forgotten this serial?

Please help! I have tried contacting the Adobe Narender help-bot but without luck...

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Same problem over here. Running CS6 Web Design (educational) for more then a year till today. This day my licence has suddenly degraded to a trial version for 30 day's now. I id not do any updates lately. Running Win8.1 x64. I checked this the forum but can't find any solution. I'll hope Adobe comes with a solution soon.

I will give it a try again... But is there a solution that is less time consuming?

Hi z10,

Please confirm the product name of which you have the serial number.

Also, the operating system you are using.

Please private message the serial key of CS6 Master Collection and screenshot of the problem.

Hi Ned,

Thanks for your reply. I have tried contacting support by chat but without luck.

I have noticed that there have been various posts on this same problem on this forum in the last few days, perhaps it's an error on the Adobe servers?

Z10 do you have a case number from your contact with our support team which I can review?  I checked your account and it does appear the serial number you have registered is valid.

What changes have been made to your computer?  Or is this a new installation?
