serial number is invalid

I bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 about a year ago and installed it on my IMac and redeemed it and everything. Then I just got a new computer and am trying to redeem it for this new IMac but it is saying my serial number is invalid. Please help. I need this on my computer asap!
