Hi,

Years ago i bought Photoshop Elements 7.

Now i have a new notebook, without a cd drive.
So i used the online link to install Elements 7.
But the system doesn't recognize the serial number that's on the back of the box.

Now i installed the trial version, but how can i install the full version with my serialnumber?

Grtz Amanda

Also, which operating system on your new computer?

If Win10 that old program may not install

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

Serial numbers are never ON the box where anyone in a store may see and steal

A serial number is on a slip or CD sleeve inside the box

It's not on the paper box, but on the plastic cdbox inside. I used it before on my old notebook. It worked then, why not now?

There is nothing on the inside of the box, exept the cds.
