Serial Number Issue

Question

I had original used my serial number on my first Mac and another one.  My original Mac's black light went out and it was not worth replacing as the computer was 6 years old, so I purchased a new Mac.  I am not able to deactivate this serial number but would like to activate it on my new Mac.  Please advise.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues. They will be able to deal with any activation/deactivation matter you have.
