serial number lost incorrect id account

Hi,
I brought a hard copy adobe suite a few yrs ago and have now lost the serial no (since it was in a email to an old email account that can't be accessed). I went to retrieve online but the account I have doesn't seem to be the account connected to the purchase details.

Is there a way to retrieve my serial no? I have an old case number and coupon code.

If you did not print the serial number to put a page in a file folder, and you do not have the same email address to check your Adobe account, I don't know what anyone can do to help

But, since I don't work for Adobe, I suggest you contact the serial number group
