Hi,i upgraded my iMac so i needed to reinstall my adobe CS3 design premium and upgrade to CS5, but i'm told there is no qualified product on my computer. I need to fill in the correct serial number, but the number i have doesn't work. i had this problem the first time i upgraded my CS3, but didn't write the serial number down that i got from adobe support.

What steps can i take now since there isn't a way to contact adobe by phone anymore.

thanks

when you start installation you will be prompted for your cs5 serial number.  then you will be prompted to select your qualifying product (cs3) and finally you will be asked for the cs3 serial number.

if you need one or both those numbers and you purchased or registered with adobe, check your account - https://www.adobe.com/account.html

and, if you need to contact adobe support, click 'still need help' as soon as available, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
