serial number not valid, but support says it is....

costumer support told me to post my problem here...... "nice" support.....  

i need a little function on the computer that i had, i bought the master collection in 2014, it worked good. now i have a new computer and im installing adobe again, it says the serialnumber is not valid... but support says it is... now im stuck here... what to do??

Which version of the Master Collection do you have?

Which operating system do you use?

 

It's possible the you version isn't compatible with your new operating system.

How did you co tact support, please? I ask because fake support is now a real threat. Also - what version of Creative Suite was it, and are you using your original disks? Also - is it the student version?
