Serial Number not working for CS4

Hello,

I am reinstalling CS4 but my serial number isn't working. Any suggestions?

      Make sure you are installing the suite, platform, and language for which your license was purchased.  Neither individual products nor different suite collections can use a serial number for a specific suite.
