Serial number revoked.

I updated my IOS on MacBook and Photoshop Elements stopped working. I re installed from my account and used the serial number which told me it was revoked. I would like a new serial number

    I can confirm that your license for Photoshop Elements version 21.0 was revoked. A total of three titles have had their licenses revoked out of the six you had registered. Is it possible these serial numbers were leaked in some way, @default3oldep0uo42g? Did you encounter a security breach in the past? That could explain why only some of the serial numbers were revoked. If the serial numbers were found online then they would be revoked.

    revoked and it being installed on more than two devices are two separate things.   If you got the “more than two devices message”- then it’s definitely game over for that version.  Adobe stopped resetting activations in June of 2024.

    How much did your originally pay?


    Where did you purchase it from?  Earlier you said “they are from Adobe” to me doesn’t mean you purchased them from the main Adobe website.  For example:  “Sam’s dirt cheap software” is not from Adobe- but may sell Adobe products.

    I purchase everything from the Adobe website. I also when I purchased it if I can use it on 2 devices and got an answer of yes. It’s still in my history here.

    Yes.  All the adobe products I have had are from adobe.

      Sorry I updated to 26.5 on my Tahoe. 
      I have Elements 2023 I purchased 3 years ago and the serial number associated with it in my account said revoked when I tried to reinstall it.
