Question

Serial number revoked on Windows OS in CS6 Master Collection

Hi there,

I am using the CS6 Master Collection on MAC PC, but now I need to install it  on Windws PC(I know if use it on Windws PC needs to deactivate the license on MAC PC) but when insert the SN 1325-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3524, by my Adobe account, for validate my DW software or other SW inside CS6 Suite, I get the message box “Invalid SN or SN revoked”, why this strange behaviour while in the past this SN was valid on Windows PC?? May you help me to fix this issue? Thank you in  advance

    Thank you Jeff for clarify me the procedure for upgrade it from Adobe older products(I didn’t remember the procedure anymore), at this point the files linked on CS6 Suite(in my Adobe account) are not correct for supporting the upgrade from CS5.5(normally asked during the installation of CS5.5), because when use it during the CS6 installation is not request the SN comes from CS5.5.

    serial numbers are tied to install files.  ie, you shouldn’t expect a win installer serial number work with a mac installer.

    OK infact,  I have different SN,  one for MAC PC and another for windows PC.

    I am asking only to reactivate the SN (that in past was working) for use it normally on Windows OS...nothing else. Thank you
