serial number won't work on new computer. Windows 8

I have installed Photoshop CS2 on a new computer with windows 8 OS.  When I enter the serial number, I get not valid message.  How can I install it on my new computer?

    What is the answer?  How can I install it and use it?

    the answer is to download the installation file(s) for the apps for which you hold a license.  use the serial numbers posted next to the download link(s).
