Serial number wrong for Elements 15 on Mac?

Hi

I just purchased Photoshop Elements 15 and somehow managed to download the WIN version, which wouldn't load, then downloaded the Mac version. When asked to enter my serial numbers - I suspect the emails were sent as a result of my WIN download - it says they are not valid "for Elements 15."

There doesn't seem any way to contact Adobe support - it says phone support is not available for this product. I don't want to have to pay another $149 - is there an easy way to sort this out?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
