meine Seriennummer erscheint nicht unter der Rubik: Bestellungsverlauf/Bestellnummer. Beim Anklicken der Bestellnummer erscheint nur die Rechnung.
Das Abo wurde online abgeschlossen.

Creative Cloud apps usually do not require serial numbers. If you bought a subscription plan from the Adobe website, your software is available for use instantly.
If a Creative Cloud application prompts you to enter a serial number, then it's a bug and you may check the following Help site to resolve the issue:

There may also be cases where redeeming a serial number or redemption code is indeed necessary:
>> Find your serial number (Prepaid card, product box, or from reseller, as a volume license, ...)
>> Serial numbers, redemption codes, and product codes | Student and Teacher editions (Students & Teachers)
