Serious bug in your latest update

I am here to report a specific issue with your release 5.0.0.354 in a Windows 10 environment. As soon as the update was finished - my mouse pointer constantly spun the "loading wheel" every 5 seconds or so. I isolated the issue to a service employed by Creative Cloud "node.exe" that was jumping up the resource list when the load wheel appeared. I then found that withing the app, the cloud sync feature was briefly flashing an error at the same exact time that the load wheel appeared. It continued throughout multiple restarts - and it even continued when I paused cloud sync. The only way I stopped it was to kill Creative Cloud running in the background.

This could potentially annoy a lot of people and have them searching for whatever random process is causing the issue. I think this should be addressed very quickly.

Same issue here. Mouse pointer spins and the library sync within the Creative Cloud app keeps briefly flashing an error message. I took a screenshot to see exactly what the error message was and it was some nonsense about "To use Creative Cloud libraries, please sign in to Creative Cloud." Of course, I was already signed in so this was a spurious message. Also, as an earlier poster pointed out, libraries no longer work in any app and display error messages. At these prices, I would hope this can be fixed quickly.

If you follow the link that Lightboxx helpfully left further up this thread, there's a workaround on there that stops the constant mouse pointer spinning - I tried it and it works 👍

Unfortunately it doesn't resolve the Libraries issue but it does at least make your machine run more smoothly.

I have exactly the same problem. And worth mentioning too that Libraries will not work in ANY of my Adobe apps.

An Adobe Customer Service member remotely accessed my PC for 90 mins yesterday and still could not rectify.

Interestingly, the problem is not replicated on my laptop. The main difference between it and my main PC which has the issues is in the previous version of CC Desktop App on my main PC I changed the location of the Libraries sync folder. This may be a coincidence but I mention it in case it's the same for anyone else having these issues.
