Server Connection trouble is a real Time Waster
So, I've been in a Support chat for about an hour, no resolution. (I was left hanging by the responder).
Tried a number of suggested steps, with sometimes confusing or unhelpful error messages.
I have to say that the number of troubleshooting pages to wade thru and suggested steps for a user to navigate for a seemingly-simple server connection for a file download/upgrade is incredible!
