Setop refuses Serial Number

Setup tells me, that the serialnumber provided from my control panel is not correct. I contacted support via telephone, they told me, I should download it again and that the serial number is valid and free (no registrations used). I did - same problem. Now its past 17:00 and the telepfone support kicks me out of the line. I urgently need a solution.
