"Setup.app" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

Reinstalling InDesign CS4. for Mac Pro running 10.0.5 after rebuild from timemachine.

Have serial number and order number.

Downloaded Downloaded Readme and file, tried to launch

I get "Setup.app" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

Therefore cannot open.

Any suggestions?
