Share Link Not Working "This Page Unavailable"

When I create a Share Link in Creative Cloud's Web client, set so users "can edit", then send it to them, the link goes to a blank page that says "This Page Unavailable"

I tried refreshing the Share link multiple times, with the same result.

How do I resolve this?
