You'll have to put it in some other site then. You can use Creative Cloud and get a link to share.

Of course... save your picture and later upload to any web site you want

I do not want to upload, (the site doesn't allow uploads) I want to store it here and use a url from this site so the users can access my pic.

I do not use any cloud storage site, so have no idea how you would save to a cloud site and then share a link
