Shockwave plugin

Hi, can someone please help me?  After the last shockwave update I began to get problems with the home page slide show link on my personal website, on Youtube, and another website I use for downloading images to.  It was so annoying I had to disable the plugin to at least get my personal website home page back if nothing else.  These problems only occur with Mozilla Firefox and are fine with Google Chrome and very jerky with IE9.  If there is a solution does anyone know what it is?

    Shockwave Player, or Shockwave Flash (Flash Player)?

    hi

    I have same problem on my Macbook the plugin (shockwave flash) is not responding when i play this game cant load https://apps.facebook.com/warcommander/?fb_source=bookmark_apps&ref=bookmarks&count=0&fb_bmpos=2_0 I have latest flash player any one can help?
