should I deactivate CS3 before I install CS5.5?

I have CS3 and just bought a full version of CS5.5.  If I uninstall CS3 should I deactivate it first if I want to install CS3 on another computer?  Will CS5.5 'activate' on its own when I install it?

    You can deactivate on the first computer, then uninstall. You can then install CS 5.5 on this computer and install the older CS 3 on a different computer. However, if you have a standard commercial version of CS 3 you can have that installed and activated on two different computers. It need not be uninstalled.
