Side By Side configuration is incorrect.

I installed Creative suits 4 on a new computer running Windows 7.  I was running Photo Shop 64 bit for a few weeks without any issues butthe other day I get the "Side By Side configuration is incorrect." message and the app will not run. I can run the regular version of Photoshop but not the 64 bit version.  Please give me the fix for this.   Thanks

    Hello

    This did not help as I am not a Visula C++ user, and I rebooted the machine

    and still have the same problem.

    Hmm, everything I read about incorrect side-by-side config errors points to a Windows (not Adobe) error linked to Visual C++.
