Sierra upgrade and CC issues

Can someone PLEASE help... I am having the huge issues with Sierra and CC apps!!!
I am running the latest CC and have upgraded to Sierra 10.12.2. Since the upgrade, my mac is SO SLOW. CC applications crash continuously and I have to hard reboot! Force quit doesn't even work! There is no way to restart my mac other that to hard reboot! INFURIATING to say the least! I have 24 Gigs of RAM so that isn't the issue! If anyone can help I will be hugely grateful. This is slowing down my work load tremendously and I don't know what more to do. I literally have to restart (hard reboot) a few times a day!

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
