I just became a member and I went to download Premiere and it downloaded fine but when I went to install it, it made me sign in saying it "wants to make changes". However, every time I go to put in my password (I've been using my Adobe password and my app store password because I don't know which one to use) it begins to load but then won't go to the next screen acting like my password is incorrect. I have tried many times to download and install but nothing is working. What do I do?
