Sign in, again and again...

Hi,

Suddenly I cannot use any software of the Adobe Creative Cloud.

When I open them, I have a window which ask me to sign in, but when I do it, it seems to work and I receive a "thank you" message and "click to continue", but when I click on "continue" it ask me to sign in again... over and over...

I do not know how to make it work again.

I try all the option on this page : https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/creative-cloud/kb/signed-out-sign-in-required-error-248.html

Creative Cloud me déconnecte ou me demande sans cesse de me connecter (in french)

But nothing worked.

Could someone help me with that ?

Raphaëlp40082054 are you signing into the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application or the Adobe web site?   I would recommend you use an alternate web browser and utilize the steps listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Raphaëlp40082054 are you signing into the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application or the Adobe web site?   I would recommend you use an alternate web browser and utilize the steps listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app.
