Sign in issue

Hi team,

I have a probem with sign in Adobe programs like Acrobat Pro DC, Photoshop, AI
I mean, everytime I sign in success, I have to sign in again when re-open program or any new files.
I try to fix them but no ways can solve.
My version windows is windows 7 SP1.

Please help me solve this case.
