Sign out of another device to continue warning - Same device listed as multiple devices

I received a device activation limit warming but I only have 2 devices active. For some reason it shows the same device as 9 separate devices. Has anybody experienced this? Whats is the solution?

Juan, thanks for posting your question about managing your activations to this public discussion forum. If you click on Sign out all then are you able to continue to access your subscription?

 

If the same computer is being recognized as different devices, then it is likely due to critical licensing files being damaged or modified. You will want to check the settings for any installed security or utility software to verify it is up-to-date and using the manufacturer's recommended settings. Any application that periodically moves or checks files on the computer could be a suspect. ^JW
