Signature Problems (URGENT)

I've signed up to a package from adobe a few days ago, it appeared as I was on the experiment mode. Waited until the end of it. Now it says it expired!

The payment was made.

Now on my account it doesn't even apear as if I bought any type of product.

What can I do?!

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
