Signed out of Creative Cloud after reboot

I have a client who uses a Macbook with Adobe CC. As I understand it, he shuts down the computer at the end of each shift. Every few days, Adobe CC will sign him out of his account. I can't find any settings within CC to prevent this and I was under the impression that a user should stay signed in to CC forever until signed out. Am I wrong?

Please see this possibly related help article.

Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

Tried all that already. Deleting the Adobe User Profile Info and the Adobe User OS Info folders actually caused Photoshop to continuously crash upon opening several times in a row, or at least that's what I believe caused that to happen. Also I was wrong about how he shuts his computer down at the end of his shifts - he actually just locks his Macbook and leaves it on overnight. All the more reason why CC shouldn't be signing him out, I suppose.

you are correct, if the user is logging into their computer using the same (computer, not cc) account each time and there's no "file cleaner" that's removing the adobe log in info.
