Dear Customer Services Department,
I have just renew my Adobe subscription online and I am a big fan of your products. I have used Adobe products since my studies way back in 1995. I have downloaded the latest version of the products and updates. But for the very F first time I have experience some very supernatural and overtaken activities…and hope you can help me with a couple of big questions whether they are signs of hacking and overtaking my OS system.
1/ In-consistant programme names within the CreativeCloud browser.
2/ The licences info formats showcase within the “About that . products” are all different.
3/ The cursors are automatic, it moves itself when I am thinking and it glide along the screen, so as the screen moves itself at the same time. Just like someone is checking my work remotely…
4/ some functions are not working as usual or missing button.
5/ can not save, when you reopen the work that you have done, it has reversed back to the version before hand.
6/ The resolution that you can saved are all over the place… you save 1920 pixels it became 10 times smaller….WTF…
Many thanks. Alan
The preferences folder are all over the place....!!

Many thanks. Alan Lo
