Silent uninstall of Premiere Elements 11

We are deploying Premiere Elements 11 through SCCM. When upgrading to Premiere Elements 13 we want to completely uninstall 11 first.

Our install string is:     OEM.exe /UL1053 /V"SERIALNUMBER=####-####-####-####-####-#### COUNTRY=221 DELETEDESKTOPSHORTCUT=1"

The current uninstall string is:     msiexec.exe /X {66CF1DF9-1715-4325-89BC-76B1CA2EE3BE} /q

...which seems to do it's job but leaves behind alot of unwanted stuff, including Elements Organizer.

So the question is, how can we COMPLETELY remove Premiere Elements 11 through command line/script?

      There is absolutely nothing in that information that pertain to my problem. That is basically a very basic guide for "How to Install/Uninstall any application in Windows".

      I was asking how to uninstall it in a deployment scenario, specifically from a command line.
