Silver FX Pro install

Have been using Silver FX Pro software for several years now. Have tried to download program onto new computer (with ultimate in security: i.e. computer never connects to internet) but it demands new access code/serial# that I do not possess. How do I get whatever # is needed so i can install program onto new computer???

    I assume you're referring to the Silver Efex Pro which is included in Google's Nik collection which is now free of charge.

    I am not familiar with that add-in

    Is that something that is sold by Adobe?
