Since Adobe App Update - Hand Tools + Short Key Issues

Hey Everyone -

I was hoping to get some guidance on the following issues I am running into:

1. I am trying to change my hand tools back to the space bar versus the new “H” setup.  Does anyone know how to change this back?

2. There was a short key in InDesign that kept things on a level when you moved them by holding down command or option. That option is not here anymore so if I want to drag something in a straight line up or down or side by side it will not stay level. Anyone figure this out?

This past week I updated my Adobe apps and since that update I have experienced these issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
