Since CC 2019 update, my CC libraries does not work anymore

Hello all,

since I have updated my CC to CC 2019, the library function does not seem to work anymore. It shows the pop-up, but it's black. It seems like it's a bug, since I seem to be able to click on things, but nothing is visible.. I use an Asus laptop with an i7intel processor inside. Previously, I was able to use all the applications at once and now it seems there is something wrong.

Anybody who could help me?

Hi Martine,

Does it happen for all products or only one? If it only happens for one you may want to try reinstalling that product.

Thanks for your reply! It does work in Photoshop, but it does not in InDesign and Illustrator. Those are the only CC applications I use, but I guess that it does not work in more of the applications.

As it works in Ps would you mind trying to uninstall/install the 2 others?

Are you on your own or are you having the support of a IT dept.? If the IT dept has laptops to lend out, you could try installing cc there. I’ve experienced some strange behaviour and a fresh OS install solved the issue. So it could be worth doing that test.
