Single CC Subscription for Two Businesses

Reading through the forums I've figured out that I can have my CC applications installed on two separate computers so long as they are not running simultaneously. I currently have two businesses - an LLC for design clients and a sole proprietorship for freelance illustration. Both are owned by me and I am the only employee, they're just separate entities for legal purposes. if I were to purchase a single license and installed it on my workstation at my studio and then again in my home office would that be violating any terms of service? It seems a little grey because it's me, a single user, using it but for two distinct companies.

Any clarification and/or suggestions would be great.

Thanks!

If the membership is for you then you can install the software on up to two computers.  You can find more details in the Creative Cloud EULA available at http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html#services.  In specific I would recommend reviewing section 2.1.3.
