Site under maintenance, can't cancel membership within 14 days to get full refund

I need to cancel my Adobe Cloud membership today (14 days after renewal) in order to get a refund. But the site is under maintenance and chat is not available... Does anyone know what I can do about this. If I cancel after 14 days only because the Adobe site was down (which is their fault), will I still be able to get a full refund?

Thanks!
