Slow Internet Conection

We got hit by Hurricane María and my desktop computer died.  Purchased a new computer but I have no high speed internet in home yet.  Is there any way I can download photoshop an lightroom on an another computer while Im at work and install them later on my home computer? I have the lightroom and PS monthly subscription.
