SO ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED

I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED I HAD A TRAIL OF ACROBAT XL IT EXPIRED AND I PURCHASED CREATIVE CLOUD AND I CANNOT DO A DAMN THING IT WANTS A STUPID SERIAL NUMBER I DONT HAVE I WAITED HALF THE DAY FOR EVERYTHING TO DOWNLOAD SAYS  THEY ARE BUT I LAUNCH AND THEY WABT THAT FREAKIN SERIAL NUMBER .  TALKED TO A TECH WHO KNEW NOTHING CANT DO A DAMN THING HAVE ASSINGMENTS THAT I NEED TO HAND IN AND I CAN NOT DO A DAMN THING.  WHAT IS THE PURPOES I AM SO ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED THE TIME THAT I HAVE WASTED TRYING TO FUGURE THIS OUT WHWN I SHOULD BE DOING SCHOOL WORK

Hi there,

Are you still facing the same issue?

If yes, follow the above steps mentioned by Santhosh, if they doesn't work, then follow the steps mentioned in the below doc:

In the above document, you will need to edit the Host files. Hence just follow the steps mentioned in the "Solution 3". Also try disabling the Firewall and Anti-Virus.

I do understand your frustration and respect the time taken in this regard.

Let us try few troubleshooting steps, which will resolve this issue.
Please do update the Adobe Application Manager before performing the below steps.

1) Please click on License this software in Serial number screen and try activating the subscription.
If you still prompt you to enter the serial number.

       2) Re-check have you used the email address to sign-in which is used to purchase the subscription, however please click on " I have a different email address" and sign-in again.
        Hopefully it will resolve the issue, if your still stuck in the same issue please reply back, will try my best to resolve this issue
