Software license not showing [wrong email used]

Hi, i have installated Creative cloud and succesfully sing in with my account to which i have assigned the license for illustrator and photoshop, but in the adobe creative cloud it say try and not install.

I have tried to installa with the trial license and when i open it it open "Creative Cloud" and say "Please wait for a moment" but nothing appens.

When i try to quit i can finally see the page Membership Expired with an old ID that was used before in the Mac and when a click Have a different Adobe ID i can logon but then it show again the same message with the old ID.

What can i do to cancel the old ID?

Why the software aren't shown to be installed in Creative cloud?

I think you need to sign out, un-install and then run the cleaner to be sure everything is removed

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Sign in with your correct account and install again

If the above doesn't work, you need to contact Adobe

Alessandro, sorry you are facing problems when opening the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  Do both Photoshop and Illustrator CC open successfully or are they in trial mode?  What type of a Creative Cloud membership do you have, Alessandro?
