Hello,

If I open my creative cloud there are 2 programs that I can’t open: Illustrator and Premiere Pro.

I can open the other programs though.

The reason for this is that is says my trial has expired. But I pay monthly and the payment this month the payment has succeeded.

I already deleted and redownloaded Premiere and Illustrator but I still can not open them.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I use the programs for school and work.

Thanks already

Hi Indyr9277636,

As you have mentioned you are unable to use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro apps because they are giving you a trial error.

I have reviewed your Adobe ID (email address) and I can see an active Creative Cloud all apps membership registered on it.

Also, I can see that the last activation request sent from your machine was successful, are you still not able to use the apps?

If yes, then please refer to the following help document to resolve any connectivity issues that might be there: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.

Let us know if this helps.
