Solicito apoyo para códigos de activación de Creative Cloud

Buenas tardes, solicito apoyo para 3 de los 11 codigos de activacion que se pagaron en inicio de año exactamente el 10 de enero del presente año, todos los otros codigos nos funcionaron, pero 3 de ellos ahora al momento de intentar ingresarlos no funcionan, dice que ya estan reclamados, entonces necesito una solucion para saber que es lo que paso con esos codigos o en su defecto que me den una solucion/explicacion.
