Cordial saludo, la presente es para solicitar de manera respetuosa un reembolso de mi suscripción, ya que había cancelado la suscripción en período de prueba pero no se si la página no cargo bien y me cobraron la suscripción, no he usado ninguno de los servicios de la suscripción para poder recibir el reembolso, agradezco de ante mano la ayuda.
