{SOLVED} Creative Cloud installation stops at 21.5%

Hello there,

I am having trouble installing the actual Creative Cloud installer and any other apps won't install either. I have also recently updated my Mac OS to Catalina and primarily use Safari - if this has any significance. I have removed my previous Adobe apps (CS6 - wasn't compatible and wasn't available to download). I'm growing increasingly frustrated and I am not sure what to do at this point. I have tried following similar posts instructions. Regardless, if this post passes the moderators of community guidelines, I would be forever thankful for advice and possible solutions. I've included a screenshot. Thank you again.

Solution: I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleanup tool. Applied the cleanup function to All. This deleted any previous files/data from previous adobe apps. I restarted my mac, and successfully installed the installer and the apps I need.

I tried to install creative cloud on my mac for like 20 times now and the installer always stucks at ca. 15% and I just want to install it.

I can not install the new version of the creative cloud installer, wich i need to uppdate my Indesign that stoped work with the latest update of Mac OS (Catalina).

Tried everything but it stopes at 21,5% and nothing more happens.

Ich wollte die Creative Cloud sowie den LR installieren. (Habe ein 7Tage-Probeabo.)
Beides funktioniert nicht!
 
Ich habe einige Male das Netzwerk gewechselt, neu begonnen, mich bei meinen Adobe Account zig Mal aus- und wieder eingeloggt...
Die Creative Cloud stoppt jedes Mal bei 21.5% und beim LR beginnt die Installation nach dem Doppelklick nicht einmal.
Ich habe auch versucht zuerst die Cloud und dann den LR zu installieren und andersrum.
Nix ging & ich weiss nicht, was noch machen/ändern.
 
Was könnte das Problem sein?
 
Ich habe auf meinem MacBook Pro Catalina, 10.15.2. Das reicht ja wohl für die beiden Programme.

I have attempted to download and redownload Creative Cloud Desktop and it locks up at exactly 21.5% complete.  I have attempted over the past 7 days.  Even removed previous downloads and attempted again. Does anyone have any insight?
