Some keyboard shortcuts is CC2017

Just updated to the CC 2017 package and have found some simple key commands don’t work in Illustrator or Photoshop.  Spacebar doesn’t quickly change to the Hand tool and Space + Command doesn’t go to the Zoom tool.  I turned off all keyboard commands in the OS and still doesn’t work.

Looking for the “quick change” to the tool, then to go back to the tool I was using upon release.  Anyone, anyone?

Didn’t have any issues when upgrading to 2015 but this time I upgraded OS after installing solid state drive.  On Sierra.
