I installed Photoshop v.24 on macOS Monterey (M1 Pro). When I try to open it, the message "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application." pops up.

I already tried to follow these steps (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/error-application-components-missing-starting.html), changing the location and removing the Locales folder, trying to reinstall it, but nothing works and I'm getting a bit frustrated.

Can someone please help me out?

uninstall ps 24 including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

    reinstall ps 24 and test.
