Someone please respond

Please help me - I have waited for 5 days an absolutly no response.  I accidently entered the incorrect email address for the educational email - I tried to change it via the update contact information link and no one is responding.  I have an educational version that was approved however the number to my email and it was the wrong email adress.   Right now my software is a very expensive coaster.  Please someone help me!  The website varification said it would take 2 business days however it has been longer than that an no response.

    I'd suggest that you contact customer support (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/). This page has various options (chat, email, contact numbers) using which you can contact Adobe customer support. Meanwhile, I'll check to see if I can get someone to contact you.
